Operator Action:

Make sure that the red ABORT button is not pushed in. Then select the RESUME button from the workstation dialog box. If the problem persists, call Creo Service.

Service Information:

Make sure that the red ABORT button is not pushed in. Type "mask" to see the status of the hardware abort line. If there is an exclamation mark (!) preceding "ABORT switch on" , then the hardware abort line is active. If the ABORT button is not pressed in, then there is a problem with the abort switch wiring. Check the door sensor connector (J19) on the card-cage backplane.

Cause:

• An ABORT command was issued from the diagnostic monitor, or the red ABORT button was pressed while the stepper motor was moving.
