Operator Action:

Make sure that all panels and access doors are properly closed. Then select the RESUME button from the workstation dialog box. If the problem persists, call Creo Service.

Service Information:

Make sure that all panels and access doors are properly closed. Type "mask" to see the status of the door open signal. If there is an exclamation mark (!) preceding "Door is open", then the door signal is active and the access doors should be open. If the access doors are all closed, then there is a problem with the door switch wiring or sensor/magnet alignment. Check the door sensor connector (J19) on the card-cage backplane.

Cause:

• An access door or panel was opened while the stepper motor was moving.
