Operator Action:

This error should not be seen under normal machine operation. If you see this error please call Creo service.

Service Information:

If the cassette is installed properly you should be able to verify that the sensor is working by using the "proof" command. If the senor is not working, check the TEE board, the sensor alignment and the cabling.

Cause:

• The carrier was not detected at the start of the calibration procedure. The carrier is not installed properly or the sensors are not working properly.
