Operator Action:

This error should not be seen under normal machine operation. Select the RESUME button from the workstation dialog box. If this does not work, call Creo service.

Service Information:

This error is not expected in normal machine operation. If you are issuing commands from the diagnostic monitor it is possible that you have confused the machine. Try resetting the machine, continuing, and using the "proof mode" command. Otherwise, if the Operator Actions do not solve the problem, try resetting the machine. Please contact the Proofer TTE to ensure that the f/w engineer knows about this problem, and try to capture a log file with "verbose all" set to "1".

• This error should never be seen under normal operation. It is due to a f/w bug or mis-use of the diagnostic monitor.
