Operator Action:

During the loading or unloading of media, the machine checks that the cassette is properly seated. Confirm that the cassette is properly seated into the proofer. Select RESUME from the workstation dialog box. If the error persists, call Creo service.

Service Information:

If the cassette is seated properly then the sensor is not working due to an electrical fault or mis-adjustment. You can read the sensor using the "proof" command. Check the TEE board, sensor adjustment, and cabling.

Cause:

• The cassette presence is verified during the load and unload sequence. Either the cassette is not seated properly or the sensor is not working.
