Operator Action:

At the start of the media load the machine checks that the correct cassette size is installed. Confirm that the correct cassette is properly seated into the proofer. Select RESUME from the workstation dialog box. If the error persists, call Creo service.

Service Information:

If the cassette is the right size and is properly installed then the sensor is not working, due to an electrical fault or mis-adjustment. You can read the sensor using the "proof" command. Check the TEE board, sensor adjustment, and cabling.

Cause:

• The cassette size is verified during the load and unload sequence. Either the wrong-sized cassette is installed or the sensor is not working.
