ALE: carrier not detected on load ramp

Operator Action:

Put a carrier on the load ramp and click the RESUME button from the workstation dialog box.

Service Information:

If the above action does not solve the problem, then the load ramp sensor may not be working properly. Use "set al lps 0" in diagnostic monitor to bypass the sensor and get the customer going, and arrange for field service.

Cause:

• The operator did not place a carrier on the load ramp before hitting the load button.
• The load plate sensor is damaged or misaligned.
