Error Number: 16020

Error Message:

IMAGE: DAOM calibration appears inaccurate!

Applies to:

  • Green

Service Information:

The firmware was unable to calibrate the stroke to the tolerance specified by the "set media <media> stol" parameter. The tolerance was increased automatically, possibly up to the limit specified by the "set media <media> ltol" parameter.

A DAOM calibration should be performed. If this does not help the problem, and the desired exposure level is reasonable, this message can indicate a failing head.

Operator Action:

Report this message to Creo Service. If no other errors are reported, the platesetter will continue working fine, but may need servicing soon.

Cause:

  • Exposure level too high
  • Head is failing.
  • DAOM calibration is inaccurate
