Service Information:

The drum speed is slower than the recorder can handle. The minimum drum speed is 5 rpm.

View the diagnostic monitor output for more details on the requested speed.

Operator Action:

The specified drum speed for the current media type is slower than 5 rpm, the minimum drum speed for the recorder. Check that the correct media type was selected for the image, then try the image again. If it still fails, call Creo service for help.

Cause:

• The drum speed parameter for the current media type may be less than 5 rpm.
• If sensitivity-based imaging is enabled, the sensitivity parameter for the current media type may be too high. Or, the sensitivity is enabled when it shouldn't be, and the sensitivity setting is not set up. Either the sensitivity needs to be disabled or the media's sensitivity value needs to be corrected.
• If a drum speed series plot was attemped, the requested speed may be too low.
