Service Information:

Indicates the calculated laser power was below the 1 Watt limit for the laser head.

Operator Action:

Check that the correct media type was selected for the current image, and try the image again. If the error persists, call Creo Customer Support for help.

Cause:

• Sensitivity-based wpower calculation is enabled and it shouldn't be. Make sure the "sys es" parameter is 0.
• If the sensitivity is supposed to be enabled, then the media sensitivity setting may be too low.
