Service Information:

The requested laser power before a plot was lower than 1 Watt, the lower limit for all thermal heads. The requested power is specified in the error message.

Operator Action:

Check that the correct media type was selected for the current image, then try the image again. If the problem persists, call Creo Customer Support for help.

Cause:

• The NVS hdm wpower setting may be too high.
• The workstation specified a media type that was not normally used, and has a NVS hdm wpower setting that is too low.
