Error Message: |
LASER: not ready <timeout> seconds after laser on command |
Applies to: |
|
Service Information: |
The ADLAS laser timeout is controlled by the nvs parameter laser tinit. The default value is set to 10 minutes. If the laser is recalibrating infrequently (once a shift, or less), then increase the laser tinit value. If the laser is recalibrating more often, then reset the laser power set point. Try setting laser power to a new higher value, and then back to the original to see if it will stabilize. Do not set the laser power outside of the range 80 - 100 mW. For more details see the HRX service intranet pages (see link below) If the laser is always recalibrating during imaging, then check the cables to the exposure head and laser power supply. If none of the above helps, the laser may be failing and require replacement. |
Operator Action: |
Click on 'Resume" if possible. In any case, contact Creo Service since the platesetter likely needs servicing. |
