ALE2: System air pressure too low!

Service Information:

Check sensing line connection to TEE board, a loud hissing would signify a loose connection. The TEE board may be faulty, check for line pressure before replacing board. Use of the ale command will provide the current pressure reading.

Operator Action:

Ensure pressurized air is connected. Check Pneumatic regulator in machine to verify pressure. If all is in order, call Creo service.

Cause:

• The air pressure sensed at the TEE board has dropped below the threshold. The air pressure threshold is also modified by the air supply offset parameter in the al nvs sub-system. One other cause is that the table float or vacuum system is causing enough pressure drop to the system that the threshold is not met.
