Service Information:

If the machine is refusing to accept the correct size plates, check on the configuration (50x67 vs 52x80) via the following paramters: sys maxssz - Password protected encoded value for the subscan size of the machine config msz - Should be set to value to match the customers machine type (ie. 50 or 52) config ssz - Same as msz but for ThermoFlex acceptable values are 67 or 80

Operator Action:

Re-submit with an acceptable sized plate. If plate dimensions are already within the maximums for your ThermoFlex then contact Creo Service.

Cause:

• The plate loaded is larger than the largest plate acceptable on the machine.
