Service Information:

Revisit the surface reflectivity of the media in use. Use the diagnostic stage moveto command and the focus cal reflect command to reset the sr value to a correct value.

Operator Action:

Retry & Call Service

Cause:

• The head stage has tried far too many moves in its attempt to find focus and has timed out. This is almost always due to an incorrect surface reflectivity causing the values from the head to confuse the zeroing algorithm.
