New Lead Screw Coupling

Description

Improved design for lead screw coupling assembly for the entire 4Press/dry family.

1. Reason For Change
   The Lead Screw Coupling tended to break when film crash occurred, and during manual movement of the Lead Screw.
   Over the past 12 months, CSA had to replace about 38 Lead Screw Couplings (507B2G789) and 68 Lead Screws Assemblies (510P40903).
2. Description of Change
   A new, redesigned Lead Screw Coupling can be replaced separately, or with the Lead Screw Assembly.
   
   
3. Change Procedure
   Remove the Lead Screw Coupling and replace it with the new Lead Screw Coupling (290B7B351).
   
4. Test Procedure
   Check that all angle movements for the coupling are free.
