The Leadscrew - Carriage coupling on the Dolev 4press family was replaced by a new one without the "small ball bearings and the springs". The new coupling catalog number is 507B2G789 and it will be part of the "Opto screw assembly " - 507F38825 which can be ordered with the package 510P40903.
In order to help the assembly procedure of the leadscrew a
new jig can be used.
The new tool, cat. number 291A3L006 - Coupling Locator will help to locate the coupling on
the screws holes in the carriage.
The replacement procedure of the leadscrew assembly will be the same procedure as with the old coupling.
The new Jig aimed to help to install the coupling strait in it's place.
