The HP calibration error is a major problem in the field. The calibration value changes and needs to be adjusted again and again.
It was found in the production line that sometimes the photo interrupter which is part of the Home Position assembly ( Cat. # 506A34349 ) is moving and this might be the reason for this error.
The improved photo interrupters have glue on their base.
In all cases of HP calibration errors please check this assembly and replace it if needed.
Note: The end position detector is the same unit as the HP position detector and can be swapped.
