Cutter Problems

Recently we face cutter problems and especially cutter stack problems. In such cases please check the following:

  1. Make sure that the cutter will not hit the film exit detector screws. If those screws are allen screws replace them with cross head screws.
  2. Check both chain sprockets and make sure that no glue is on the sprocket shaft.
  3. Clean the two cutter bars.
  4. Make sure that the cutter will not hit the roller center support.
