Sometimes the cutter is aligned too close to the screws that hold the film out detector on the funnel because of a tolerance problem.
In order to solve it the two screws with the Allen head were replaced by two screws with cross head (catalog number 380G01031).
If this problem occurs, please replace the two above mentioned screws with the new screws.
