New CPU 386 40 Mhz catalog number 503C39543 is installed in the Dolev 4press.

This board must be setup before installing into the machine.

In order to setup the board Monitor and Keyboard must be connected to the 4press.

During startup, press the DEL key and then the setup screen will appear.
In order to move between the fields the errows key need to be used.

STANDARD CMOS SETUP
ADVANCED COS SETUP
AUTO CONFIGURATION WITH BIOS DEFAULTS
AUTO CONFIGURATION POWER-ON DEFAULTS
CHANGE PASSWORD
AUTO DETECT HARD DISK
HARD DISK UTILITY
WRIT TO CMOS AND EXIT
DO NOT WRIT TO CMOS AND EXIT

If hard drive is installed go to the AUTO DETECT HARD DISK function and press Enter.
The autodetect will run and the following will appear:

HARD DISK C: TYPE :47=USER TYPE XXX XXX XXXXX XXXX XXX

or:
HARD DISK C: NOT INSTALLED ---FOR DOLEV 800V ONLY
ACCEPT PARAMETERS FOR C: Y

The system will run and will check drive D and Autodetction in progress will appear.
Press Esc and then:

HARD DISK D: NOT INSTALLED

ACCEPT PARAMETERS FOR D: Y

Go to Standard CMOS Setup.
Press Enter twice.
Update Date and Time
Do not update Hard disk C and Hard disk D.

Update:

FLOPPY DRIVE A: 1.44MB3,1/2"
FLOPPY DRIVE B:NOT INSTALLED
PRIMARY DISPLAY : NOT INSTALLED(only for dolev800)
PRIMARY DISPLAY :VGA/PGA/EGA(for dolev 4/press)
KEY BOARD : NOT INSTALLED

In order to change values press the + or - keys.
Press Esc.

6. Enter into the ADVANCE COS SETUP and setup:

SYSTEM BOOT UP SEQUENCE A: C:
WAIT FOR<F1>IFANY ERROR : DISABLE
INTERNAL CACHE MEMORY : DISABLE
7. The board jumpers:

JP14,JP11,JP12 ==1-2
JP15,JP28,JP29,JP18,JP22,JP24,JP10== OPEN
JP24==1-2
JP9 === 1-2
