ECO 24073 on the Fast Strobe 5 Board will change the comp. level of the board from N to O.
This change does not require an FCO for the Dolev 800V or Dolev 4press V.
The purpose of this ECO is to solve the shifts problem.
All the boards that where shipped out from the production line
were good and therefore do not require this ECO.
All new boards will have the new comp. level.
