ECO 24054 on the VLSI DFM Board will change the comp. level of the board from N to O.

This change does not required FCO for the Dolev 800V or Dolev 4press V.

This ECO is solving a problem regarding the power up of this board . The ECO is mandatory for the IDI only.

All new boards will have the new comp. level.
