Interlock switch on the left side door 

Error

• TP SOL overload
• LDM motor overload
• CUTM motor overload

Symptoms

The tail punch sol overload error message appears, sometimes accompanied by the cutter motor and load motor overload error messages.

Cause

Solution

1. Operate the plotter with the side doors open.
2. Check whether the 12 volt LED on the DC motor controller board is flickering on and off.
3. If the 12 volt LED is flickering, secure all wires on the interlock switch.
