Dolev 4Press with old boards, Brisque 4.1 and TSP - spinner speeds up and error "No calibration index" appears

Symptoms		When trying to expose a job that requires a default spinner speed of more than 20000 RPM, the spinner loses control and spins very fast. In addition, the error `no calibration index` appears.

Cause		Known compatibility problem with TSP, Brisque 4.1, and the Dolev main board (old configuration)

Solution		Use the following version combinations and boards with TSP configurations: Dolev 4Press firmware version 9.064 with old or new boards and TSP to work with Brisque 4.1 Dolev 4Press firmware versions 9.067 or 9.069 with new boards and TSP to work with Brisque 4.09
