Brisque Version 4.0 update to support Dolev800V3

To support Dolev800V3 on Brisque, a Brisque version 4.0.97_17 or higher + Upd_Brisque4_Dolev800V3 are required.

1. Requirements:
   1. New Screen Processor Board TSP 100.
   2. Supported platforms are 43P-150 (Tiger2), F50, 44P-170, 6F1.
   3. Brisque version 4.0.97.17 and higher.
   4. Brisque Version 4 - Dolev800V3 Update - 510V1R897.
   5. Dolev800V3 micro version 1.055 or higher.
      
      
2. Limitations:
   1. E30 and Tiger1 are Not Supported.
   2. Multi device is not supported.
   3. Res Intensity - Quick test doesn't work.
   4. Staccato / FM is not supported .
      
      
3. TSP100 Limitations:
   1. Tiff files direct expose.
   2. Resolution 400.
   3. Screen2Go .
      
      
4. Logistics:
   The 510V1R897 - Upd_Brisque4_Dolev800V3 CD will be delivered with the device.
   
   
5. Upd_Brisque4_Dolev800V3 - Loading instructions (From CD):
   The Upd_Brisque4_Dolev800V3 should be installed on top of Brisque version 4.0.97.17 or higher
   1. Logout from the Brisque applications .
   2. Login as root and type your password [ripro] .
   3. Insert the Upd_Brisque4_Dolev800V3 CD into the CD drive.
   4. Type scismit and press Enter.
   5. From scismit select Software Handling >> Update Software Packages .
   6. Press [F4] to get the list of packages.
   7. Press [F7] to select both packages: Upd_Brisque4_Dolev800V3 and UpdTSPBoard and press Enter (twice).
   8. At the "Are You Sure?" press Enter.
      IMPORTANT: After completion of loading, please wait until the system reboots itself.
   9. Remove the Upd_Brisque4_Dolev800V3 CD
   10. Login as cdesci
       
       
       Verify the Update installation:
       Open the Station Info >> More Info and make sure you have the following packages:
       1. Upd_Brisque4_Dolev800V3.obj 4.0.97.4
       2. UpdTSPBoard.obj 4.0.97.1
