Effectiveness: On machines with S/N lower than 9406XXXX
Reason for Change: The Spinner Driver board changes its mode to shutdown on some power levels. This is due to sensitivity to noise of one of the components on the board. Sometimes the board will cause failures at power on.
The relevant error messages are:
CRI Index Freq. error
Spinner Enc. Freq. error
OMC Spinner Freq. error
Spinner Set error
And the spinner will not rotate (red led will light)
