1. Reason For Change
The first 9 Dolev 800V machines were shipped to the field with VLSI DFM without a correction in PAL that can cause communication problems.
The HOMC board and the Fast Strobe boards need to be updated with the last comp. level.
All the machines passed the complete ATP before the shipment!
The machines S/N that will need the change:
2. Description of Change
The VLSI DFM Board, Fast Strobe Board and the HOMC Boars are replaced with the supplied boards.
The VLSI DFM need to be replaced with the supplied one.
The Fast Strobe 5 Board need to be with Comp. Level L
The HOMC 2 Board need to be with Comp. Level L
3. Change Procedure
3.1 Turn off the Dolev 800V
3.2 Remove the boards.
3.3 Install the new boards.
3.4 Turn the machine on.
4. Test Procedure
Run Dolev 800 diagnostics on the new boards and make sure that the diagnostics will pass.
