Changes components for the  "Power Check Error” problem.

1. Reason For Change

Changes in the part list for the problem: "Power Check error", Heppend when booting the plotter. 

Solution: replacement elements as follow:

2. Description of Change

1. Replace Resistor R24 to 161F17550S (750 Ohm).

2. Replace Resistor R21 to 161E1010S (10 kOhm).

3. In the field the boards will be replaced with new board, comp. Level N.

3. Change Procedure

1. Switch off the machine.

2. Open the right side door of the Dolev 800V & the standard controller cover.

3. Release the two boards and remove them from the crate.

4. Install the new boards.

5. Close the standard controller cover & the right side door of the Dolev 800V and restore power.

4. Test Procedure

1. Turn on the machine.

2. Make sure that no error massage appears during start up.

3. Run Diagnostics and verify that the board diagnostic does not fail.

4. Follow normal opration.

List of all the parts that will be in the FCO kit. (Under the 510F27352).

Material need to be sent back, the DU’s will be charged for this FCO until the returned parts are back, boards can be updated.
