MISSING HOLES FOR INTERNAL CONVEYOR - DOLEV 800

Overview

From Dolev 800 serial no. 11033 all the machines leave the factory with preparations for the internal conveyor installation.

However machines with serial no. 11073 - 11078 were sent to the field without five holes being drilled in the main frame.

In the case of installing an on-line processor in one of these machines, the following should be done:

Procedure:

1. Dismantle the rear panels of the Dolev 800.
   
   
2. Take out the unloading cassette and dismantle the front door.
   
   
3. Dismantle the light proof cover which divides the unloading cassette compartment and the internal conveyor compartment.
   
   
4. Drill the five holes (according to the following scheme) under the vacuum cleaner suction.
   
   
5. Continue the installation according to the internal conveyor installation procedure - see Dolev 800 - Technical Book.
