Oiling Kit Installation

This procedure is for an oiling kit installation. The kit should be installed on machines with "white lines" on the image that can be related to carriage movement.

Description of the Installation procedure:

1. Remove the stepper motor housing.
2. Assemble the new stepper motor housing.
3. Insert and glue the bushing into the 8mm hole in the carriage (see drawing).
4. Remove the HP flag.
5. Attach the both Oiling brackets on carriage sides (left and right).
6. Assemble the HP flag on the oil base bracket.
7. Adjust HP before moving the carriage (you must bend the flag ).
8. Leak gently the silicon oil (with the injector) on the beam.
9. Move the carriage from HP to EP until the felt peds will be soaked with the oil.

1. Carriage Dolev 800 .
2. Dolev 800 right oiler bracket.
3. Dolev 800 left oiler bracket.
4. HP flag.
5. Bushing D=7.99 . ( Will not be needed in new type of carriage )
6. HD cap st. st. 8-32* 3/8" (380A05041).
7. Spring washer st. st. #8 (382D11000).
