This jig enables us to put the new spinner exactly in the place of the old one, and prevent the necessity to adjust Bow and Linearity afterwards.

It is not always working perfect, so it is always a good idea to have all Regional Jigs and Grid Measurement kit onsite as well.

This Jig does not contain the micrometer gauges, so make sure to have to working gauges with you!

To order additional gauges, use PN 395B10020.

Instructions:

The pictures below illustrate correct use of the jig.

If you want to solve Bow with this jig, you still have to measure the Mastergrid, but when adjusting the bow, invert the numbers given by the Measurement program. For example, if you get A +10, B-17, move the spinner A -10, B +17!

If you are adjusting the Lenshousing, the procedure stays the same as it was!
