The Response Center in Burnaby BC has a functioning X-Y table for grid measurement for the Dolev 800.
For requests of correction grid and bow optic alignment, please submit an exposed film with the file Dolev 800 Grid File for X-Y Table to:

Please send an email to ResponseOutput@Creo.com specifying that you will be sending a grid along with the case number, customer's name. The correction table and bow optic adjustment will be emailed back.
Realize that the film is going to Canada and delivery to the Gilmore office is typically early afternoon of the next day of shipment.
