Update Kit 510K1R880 Beta Dolev 800 V3 TSP to TSP100

The upgrade kit contains the following:

• TSP100 board (part number 503D3E755)
  
• Microversion 1.062 (or higher)
  Microversion 1.062 download
  installation instructions for microversion
• Flat cable (part number 504C28986)
  installation instructions for flat cable
• MB_SOMC board (90MHz), part number 503C1C012S .
• Brisque Expose version 4.1.10 (including pipeling) or higher
  Brisque version 4.0.96.13 or higher
  

  Installing microversion 1.062

  1. Verify that the existing version works properly.
  2. Save all parameters to a Software Machine Parameters diskette (part number 501V1M353). This diskette is effective for versions earlier than 1.060, and is necessary if you want to reinstall the earlier version.
  3. Write down the media information for all three cassettes on paper.
  4. Install the new software.
  5. On the first startup, a fatal error appears. Ignore it.
  6. Manually restore the media parameters that you recorded in step 3.
  7. Adjust the values of the feed and roller offset parameters. This prevents the error message Roller not at Safe Position.
  8. Save all the parameters to a new Software Machine Parameters diskette. (This diskette is effective for versions 1.060 and later).

Installing the Flat Cable

1. Connect the flat cable to the left connector on the MB_SOMC board as described in figure 1.
2. Connect the LDR cable to the flat cable, as described on figure 2.
