Recently we saw occurences of the funnel of the Dolev 800 touching the internal conveyor. This will in turn make it difficult or impossible to pull out the internal conveyor when there is a problem of film jam in the conveyor.
The reason for this problem is the weight of the optomech on
the bumpers. After about one year all the optomechanical assembly descends by about
1 - 2 mm and then the problem will occur.
The solution is to adjust it during annual PM and make a space of about 2 mm between the funnel and the internal conveyor.
