Service Dongle Manager

Symptoms

In Service Dongle Manager, the service dongle has a blank User Name, and a garbled Expiry Date.

Cause

The dongle was not initialized correctly when it was first programmed (before it was sent to you from the licensing group).

Solution

Replace the dongle and send the problem dongle back to the licensing group for programming. Send a message to Dongle Request to initiate this process.
