If you get such an error on a Lotem 400 which of course don't have a paper bin the reason is that the Registry parameters for paper bin are still there :
Number of paper in bin = should be set to 0 but it will start to count again
after each load.
Max # of paper in Bin for warning = set it to 9999999
Max # of paper in Bin for Error = set it to 999999
