Reason For Change

When a plate is loaded on the conveyor, it activates the detector. However, when no plate is present, ambient light acts as a plate and activates the detector.

Description of Change

A cover is installed on the conveyor, preventing ambient light from activating the detector.

To install the cover:

Remove the two Phillips screws from the right and left sides of the front of the conveyor. Save the screws.

Position the cover on the conveyor so that the middle of the three holes on the right and left sides are aligned over the screw holes, and assemble the screws.
