Problem

• MCF board reliability—the MCF board reliability is not perfect.
• Drum init—in the Loading System dialog box, the drum movement requires you to perform Drum Init the first time.
  
• Edge detection—when the drum speed is under 600 rpm, edge detection fails.
  
• Diagnostics support—version 1.60.09 does not include diagnostics.
  
• UDRC Doctor Watson error—for configurations with UDRC, a Doctor Watson error occurred .
• UDRC nozzle air flow blocked error—for configurations with UDRC, the Nozzle air flow blocked error occurs

Solution

• Replace the distribution board
• Install Lotem 400 Controller software version 1.61.351.012.

Procedure

The following procedure is described in detail in the version 1.61.351.012 release notes.

1. Back up the registry and database.
2. Replace the distribution board.
3. Stick the relevant lable onto the distribution box:

   506E2D851B	500-03676A
   506E2D185A	500-03678A

   
   
4. Install Lotem 400 Controller software version 1.61.351.012.
