The 1.30.04 version is for Lotem 400 and VA with any combination of locals and VLSI or TSP.
Parameters:
When upgrading this version you will get in the Loading system, parameters that refers to the X Y but not in default (immediately after the installation). Before entering the parameters that are coming with the machine, from the production line, you should put all the parameters in the following roots to default.
Loading SystemPlateCassette To Punch Entry Stage and (all of them)
Loading SystemPlatePunch Entry To Drum Entry Stage (all of them)
Loading SystemPlateDrum Entry to Drum Stage (only parameters that relates the X
Y)
Loading SystemPlate:
Min Plate Height For Operate All Valve (mm) = 830 - should be 810
Min Plate Height For Operate Middle Valve (mm) = 300 - should be 610
Conveyor:
All the conveyor parameters are losing during installation as well as closing down the conveyor motor and conveyor parameters of the conveyor.
DDB:
After loading the software you have to reload the files in the DDB. Open the DDB board and press on the Send All button. When it is finished shut down the Lotem completely and turn on again.
Punches:
After loading the version close all the paunches motor and detectors.
