Paper disposal roller cleaner

In two paper disposal problems with a Lotem 400 VA at 2 locations I have used press blanket cleaner to clean the paper disposal rollers.
This act by itself solved immediately a constant problem. Prior to the cleaning the rubber was very smooth and could not catch the paper.
After the cleaning the rubber surface of the roller freshened up and paper disposal become easy task.

I highly recommend this to be part of your 1/2 year PM or every 2000 plates. For Lotem 400 w/ MCU and Lotem 800 as well.

The cleaner is a Varn product called Super rubber Rejuvinator, the press rooms usually have this product and it lasts a couple months during heavy plate usage.
