Patch 2 for Version 1.30.04

Attached is the Patch 2 (there was no patch 1) that solves problems we have with the version 1.30.04
The patch should be loaded on top of the 1.30.04 (for lotem 400 with or without Auto Loader and Lotem 400 w/ PSM).
Release note with installation procedure is included in the patch.

Major features:

1. Corrects the registry defaults.
   
2. Different Y to Drum for any plate thickness.
   
3. Leaves the drum vacuum pump on after unload.
   
4. New DDB files
   
5. Disable Bar Flag in stage C
   
6. New Reg parameter for Mac Lan license (for Lotem 400 w/ PSM).
