SxMx Expose server is down

Cause

Production Manager data base may be corrupt.

Solution

Replace the corrupt database, as described in Lotem Expose or Production Manager Does Not Launch.

If the error message persists, continue as follows:

1. Uninstall the Lotem Expose application, and then reboot.
2. If the following registry entry exists, delete it. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SCITEX\SEXStation
3. If the LotemExpose folder exists under the C drive, delete the folder.
4. Install Lotem Expose, and install any mandatory patches.
5. Perform Lotem Expose config with the Lotem PC Controller (See Launching Lotem Expose with Lotem PC Controller.)
   Note: It is recommended that you manually restore settings; do not use the Config Restore option.
6. Reboot.
