Diagnostics Do Not Load Properly

Error		Loader Local 3 cannot be opened from diagnostics

Symptoms		Diagnostics do not load properly During start up, a message appears, stating that the screen configuration could not be detected (VLSI,TSP), even though TSP = 1 is set in the registry. The error message in the previous section appears on a manual loading machine. The Local 3 board is defective (Application line not active). When running diagnostics with this board, two error messages appear: a C++ error message, and a message that MCF and Slave Sproc are not working.

Cause		The Open field in the registry for the Local Loader is missing.

Solution		Install the correct Open registry file (download). In the registry, set the Open parameter as follows: Manual machine—set Open to 0. MCU—install the registry, and then set Open to 1
