Reason For Change

Current connector is sometimes too high and cannot be adjusted to connect properly with opposite contactors off the machine.
Description of Change
The new connector line of contactors is asymmetrical and thus lowers the height of connection.
Change Procedure

3.1 Remove 2 screws of the cassette connectors and disconnect the Molex (white connector). BE CAREFULL when handling the harness!
3.2 Disassemble the black pins and harness assembly. Do not loose the springs ! Insert the springs and the harness assembly in the new
housing into the new plastic and metal housing.
3.3 Install the whole connector assembly back in the cassette. Connect the Molex.
Test Procedure
4.1 Verify that connector pins are centered at contact surfaces off the Macine.
4.2 Check the new connector for electrical functionality; Engage the cassette with the machine and open all relevant detectors and solenoid windows in the GUI (HP, End position,Latch); Acivate solenoid,push the upper tray in and out and see that all detectors and solenoid function properly.
