Field Change Order #24803 - Roller Assembly for 0.2 mm Plates

1. Reason For Change -Plate loading Failure when loading 0.2mm plate
   
2. Description of Change -Rollers assembly is added in order to create a virtual flat surface when X, Y suckers apply suction to plate during plate loading.
   
3. Change Procedure -
   1. Disconnect the existing paper detector from the Paper disposal system, see arrow 1 in the picture.
   2. Connect the paper detector to the rollers assembly .
   3. Attach complete rollers assembly to the disposal assembly.
      
      (See picture) Close and tighten 6 screws (included in FCO kit) with blue locktite 242.(See the white arrows)The locktite is added to the head gripper FCO.
      
      
4. Test Procedure -
   1. Perform loading of 0.2mm plate, or 0.3 mm plate
   2. Check the attachment of the plate to the spiral pin on the drum.
   3. If Adjustment required, you need to change the parameter, "x final in drum for small plate".
   4. Expose plate with maximum image to check the quality (attachment).

      With the Lotem Version 2.003 you have the Ability control the attachment of a small plate or a large plate on the spiral pin on the drum. This can be implemented since the X in drum final parameter may be customized for both small & large plates.

      Note: To access the x in drum final parameter: From the registry select Lotem 800->Loading system->Load plate->From drum entry to drum stage: "X in drum final for small plate" or "X in drum final for large plate"
