Field Change Order #26334 - New X Motor

Reason for Change:

Improve motor life expectancy and prevent breakage of the pin in the shaft.

Description of Change:

Replace old X motor assembly with new one.

Change Procedure:

1. Remove old X motor assembly (motor and bracket). Remove H.P. sensor and bracket.

2. Install new motor and bracket using an open-end wrench for the new Hex screw.

3. Install the sensor with its new bracket.

4. Change the following parameters in the Registry:
   Home Position Operate Value=55
   Position Factor=0.0045

5. Adjust the X-Y system according to the following procedure (under Procedures) if necessary - X-Y System Adjustments

Test Procedure:

Perform “X –Y Init” and make sure the H.P sensor is activated correctly. Adjust the sensor position if necessary.
