Reason For Change

The cassette interlock sensor is very sensitive. Due to the proximity of the magnet in the cassette and the sensor in the machine, any movement of the cassette can cause an opening of the interlock system loop.

Description of Change

Replace the existing bracket for the sensor in the machine with a new bracket. The new bracket can be adjusted forward and backward using oval holes.

Change Procedure

Remove the 2 screws that hold the bracket in place.
Remove the bracket from the machine.
Install the new bracket and adjust it according to the magnet on the cassette.

Test Procedure

Insert the cassette into the machine. After the interlock loop is closed, try to move the cassette forward and backward. Make sure that the interlock loop stays closed.
