Description: To create an easy and convenient location to store the cassette seal.

Note: In order to get the cassette seal cover, order p/n: 510P1P231

1. Reason For Change

Currently, there is no place to store the cassette seal when the cassette is in side the machine.

2. Description of Change

Assemble special holders under the cassette in order to store the seal.

Note: The Cassette Seal Cover can be installed only on the front of the single & DLC cassettes.

3. Change Procedure

From the GUI, release the cassette.
Assemble the right seal support and one cover under the cassette, like shown in pictures no. 1 & 2.

Insert and attach the cover in the support hole.
Situate the sloted screw and the spring l/w and tighten the screw (pictures no. 3 & 4).

Re-do steps 2 - 5 with the left support and cover.
Place the cassette seal on the two supports, under the cassette (see pictures no. 5 & 6)

Insert the cassette back into the machine.
In order to protect the plates inside the cassette, when the cassette is out, remove the seal from the supports under the cassette and install it on the front of the cassette (picture no. 7).
