Field Change Order - Removing and Installing Air Valves (Solenoids) in the Lotem 800

To remove the unload roller piston from the Lotem 800:

1. Locate the air valve manifold and remove the manifold securing screws.
2. Lift the manifold up or tip it inward to expose the bolts underneath, as shown below.



3. Locate the valve you want to remove and, from underneath the manifold, remove the bolt that secures that valve to the manifold.
4. Disconnect the blue air tube(s) from the valve, and remove the valve from the machine.
5. Place the new valve in the manifold, secure it in place using the bolt you previously removed and connect the blue air tube(s) to the air valve nipple.
6. Replace the manifold and secure it in place using the screws you previously removed.
